Terms of Hire

Bookings are from Saturday (02.30pm) subject to unavoidable delays, until Saturday (departure by 12.00 noon).

The total number of adults/childen must to be advised at the time of booking.

Short three and four day breaks are available by arrangement, but not usually available in the peak season.

Whilst duvets and pillows are provided, visitors are requested to bring their own covers, sheets pillow cases and towels.

You are expected to leave everything clean and tidy.

The hirer will be held responsible for any damage caused to the accomodation, its fittings, crockery, cutlery etc.

One small dog is allowed, for an additional fee of £10 per week. Any person  taking a dog without prior permission will be refused entry to the chalet.

Accommodation provided is intended to accomodate 4 persons in two bedrooms. Bedroom one being a double bed, and  bedroom two being equipped with  bunkbeds. In addition there is a  bedsettee in the living room, the prices quoted are for up to 6 persons. 

Booking Deposit

A none returnable deposit of £ 50 is payable at the time of booking with the balance being due 14 days prior to the start date of the holiday. In the event that the payment is not received 14 days prior to the commencement of holiday it will be deemed you have cancelled the holiday. When bookings are made less than 14 days before the start of the holiday then payment should be made in full at the time of the booking.

Availability

The booking is made on the understanding that the chalet will be available to place at your disposal. Should this not be possible due to circumstances beyond the control of the owner (i.e. due to fire, theft or damage). All monies paid will be returned in full, the hirer will have no further claim against the owner.

The owner accepts no liability for any alteration to the advertised availability of amenities.

Should the accommodation not be available at the time the booking deposit is received, the deposit will be returned in full and the booking cancelled.

We regret we cannot accept bookings from all male or all female parties, except mature persons over the age of 35.

Car Parking

Car parking on the site is on the designated areas and at the car owners own risk.

The chalet owner shall not be liable for any death or injury, to any person taking a holiday in or visiting the chalet. No natter howsoever such death or injury is caused.

The chalet owner shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property belonging to either occupants or visitors to the chalet
