The Sundowner holiday park is situated off of Newport Road Hemsby, where it is convenient to access all the usual holiday amenities of Hemsby and is yet just 7 minute away from  the beach. Onsite there is a shop, launderette and a small amusement arcade.

In the surrounding area are shops, amusement arcades clubs, offering live entertainment, pubs,take aways and a swimming pool that is open to the public.
